We don’t live on Buttermilk Drive for nothing, our buttermilk pancakes are legendary! Enjoy a hearty, farm-to-table gourmet breakfast served daily to registered guests in our dining room, solarium or outdoor patios (weather permitting) while taking in the tranquil countryside views of Central PA.
Each Sunday we serve a homemade Pennsylvania Dutch Apple Dumpling topped with cinnamon whipped cream. We proudly serve farm-fresh eggs from our chickens; seasonal vegetables from our garden and farm-fresh preserves made from our orchard, strawberry patch and wild berry bushes.
Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 – 9:30 am. We serve ONE of the dishes on a rotating basis listed on our menu. Guests may select the Old Standby (eggs of choice, breakfast meat and choice of toast, butter and farm-fresh preserves) as desired instead of the daily offering.
Coffee, tea and other refreshments are available in our guest pantry. We offer a light, continental breakfast, if guests wish to leave early and forgo the plated breakfast. Please inform the Innkeeper ahead of time, if you need a continental breakfast prepared.
Our menu includes vegan and gluten-free options. All dishes are prepared in the same kitchen so we cannot guarantee that foods are 100% gluten or allergen free. Please let the Innkeepers know of any special dietary needs in advance. Many dishes contain eggs, milk, cream or nuts. Eggs can be served sunny side up, over easy or scrambled. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness.
